Meet the Therapist

Gabby Lee, LCSW, LISW-CP

Hi! I’m Gabby—licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. If you’re feeling stuck in old patterns or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. I specialize in EMDR and Lifespan Integration Therapy, helping clients explore self-esteem, identity, relationships, and self-love to feel more grounded and whole.

As a Queer-affirming, sex-positive, and justice-centered therapist, I offer a space where you can show up as your full self—no shame, no judgment. Whether you’re just starting your healing journey or picking it back up, I’m here to walk with you, helping you build clarity, connection, and forward momentum.

I’ve worked with children, teens, families, adults, and elders across a range of settings—family therapy, child welfare, primary care mental health, hospice, private practice, and work with at-risk youth. These experiences have shaped a flexible, person-centered approach that adapts to your unique needs and story.

My path to becoming a therapist is rooted in lived experience. Life pushed me to ask hard questions and imagine a world where healing and wholeness are possible for everyone. Social Work isn’t just what I do—it’s a core part of who I am. I'm dedicated to supporting diverse communities, growing in my craft, and continuing my own personal evolution.

If you’re ready for change—or even just curious—reach out. Let’s see how I can support you.
